Gon had arrived only four hours ago, but he was simply too eager to stay in his quarters.  The ship’s layout was complex, but he’d studied it for months at the academy.  His first space voyage.  On the Starship Hunter no less!  Rubbing his hands with glee in the turbolift, Gon reviewed basic functions and sniffed the fancy carpet.  The doors slid open and he quickly spotted his new supervisor, Chief Officer of Engineering Pokkle.  

“Cadet Freecss, reporting for duty Sir!”  He stood at attention and saluted wearing the biggest, dumbest grin in space.

It was common for the lad to scope out the city and explore. He practically lived for it. Everything and everyone within the city interest him and he couldn’t help but to observe the daily activity from afar. As Atom flew passed buildings and looked down below, he noticed a rather new looking person. From the looks of it, they weren’t from around the area.

Smiling, he flew down and landed right in front of the other, hands behind his back. “Hi! Are you from around here?”
