sb being willing to do anything for rekrap2 is by Far not a new trait btw. sb, by nature, wants to do things to please others, but the degree to which he wants to please rek is so much larger than even he points it out to himself.. this of course is something to note because sb rarely admits things to himself Ever, but when you're in rek's orbit it's Exceedingly difficult not to spontaneously become the best version of yourself possible so.. anyway all this to say there is Literally a clip in an sb737+ video from earlier this season where he outright says that all he wants is to please rekrap, so do with that what you will. he's spent this entire season doing anything he can think of. he builds and fixes farms, kills himself in the border for an elytra rek mentioned Once, taking full on lists of item requests from rek as he runs a million errands for him in the overworld trips, trying to match rek's aesthetic decor in their base. some of this stuff btw he does NOT want to do at all, but he'll do it for rek, because it's rek and of course he will. it'll make rek happy, so for him, he has no other option. he says that a TON in the end arc vods. like, he hates messing with the aesthetics of builds for example, but does it. he hates being inconvenienced, but suddenly doesn't care at All when it's rek. idk they're cute he just values rek and rek's opinion of him to an astronomical degree, so it is Not surprising at all that he makes the decision to staunchly stick by him
