So how does the revised Xbox One (80) compare to the PS4?

This is much better than others I have seen hopefully it gets upvoted, but there are a few more things to note (not in any specific order, just from what I came up with first)
Xbox One
The hard drive cannot be removed but you can plug in USB thumb drives or external USB hard drives. You also have 'unlimited' cloud storage, but I imagine there is a catch to that. source[1]
The 4k resolution is also supported for games, Sony has not commented on 4k for games. Edit: From what I can tell and from what others have said they will both be able to upscale to 4k if they have to source[2] -video[3]
You can buy an xbox live code on amazon for $50 or cheaper. source[4]
Also has social network integration, although it is not clear if it will be as 'seamless' as it is on PS4
Cloud computation is a big selling point to Microsoft. They claim it can make one Xbox One have the power of three Xbox One's, but some developers find it very hard to believe. Read this[5] if you want some more information about what some developers think. We really won't know this though until we can actually see it. PS4 also won't have the cloud available at launch. source[6] Edit: PS4 can also do cloud computing[7] if the developers want it.
Xbox One has a new feature called 'Smart Match' which allows you to do whatever you want while waiting for a game. (not sure how the DRM changes will affect this with disk based games) video[8]
Xbox One has 'Snap Mode' which allows you to have multiple apps going at once on the screen. In a way it is like having two windows open on a PC. For example you could be watching a movie while browsing the internet or have skype video chat on while playing a game. source with videos[9]
Xbox One has 'Game DVR' which will automatically record game sessions. It also comes with a dedicated editing tool. PS4 looks like it has similar game DVR based on their interface video[10] (it looks like you can upload straight to youtube) but there is no info on editing tools.
You now only need one xbox live gold account for all user accounts on an Xbox One.
PS4
Comes with ear bud headphones and the controller has a 'play and charge' type battery built in, while the Xbox does not (play and charge kit is sold separately for Xbox it will take batteries otherwise). source[11]
You can apparently take over a friends game if needed to 'help' them if they need it although there are not many details on that. We might have to wait for the Gaikai cloud service.
Sony has stated they will not allow online passes. source[12]
/u/Zornack[13] [14] [15] mentioned Sony does not charge for patches which is why many indie developers choose to make exclusives for PS4. source[16]
You can choose to download multiplayer or single player portions of games first as shown in the PS4 interface video[17] , and there is a rumor[18] that you will be able to play a game while it is downloading when Gaikai is launched. I'm not sure if this will be a feature on Xbox One, and I'm not sure if you still have to download both portions either way.
PS4 can do cloud computing[19] if the developers want it. Not much info yet on this though.
You only need one PS+ account for all user accounts per PS4.
