Enjoy perfectly crispy and flavorful speklapjes with minimal effort by using your Airfryer. This recipe yields delicious Dutch-style pork belly slices that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Ingredients: 4 speklapjes approximately 200g each. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Instructions: For about 5 minutes, heat up your air fryer to 180C 356F. On both sides, season the speklapjes with salt and pepper. To keep things from sticking, lightly brush the Airfryer basket with vegetable oil. Make sure the seasoned speklapjes don't touch each other when you put them in the Airfryer basket. If you want the speklapjes to brown evenly, flip them over halfway through the 10 to 12 minutes in the air fryer set to 180C 356F. Make sure the speklapjes are cooked through. The outside should be golden brown and crispy, and the inside should be fully cooked. If you need to, cook for another two to three minutes. After the speklapjes are done, take them out of the air fryer and let them cool for one minute. Serve your tasty air-fried pancakes while they are still hot and crispy.
