she knows. she knows that spencer never meant for this to happen. it’s written in her face, and she knows her fiancée like the back of her hand by now. she’s going to find him, she’s going to find him and put a bullet in his head if she has to. for now though, she cradles spencer close to her chest, delicate fingers raking through her hair, offering soothing whispers. “it’s gonna be okay. listen to me, i’m here. i’m not letting anything take you, you’re mine now. i’ve got you.”

I love little domestic memes so I decided to make one myself and yes.
Who’s the first to wake up in the morning: Arcadia. Spencer would sleep for days on end if she could.
Who’s the one to make breakfast: Uh Arcadia. Spencer would burn down the kitchen if she tried to make something more complicated than Ramen.
Who’s the one to serve the other breakfast in bed: Arcadia. Too sweet for her own good.
Who would suggest a quickie in the morning before work: SPENCER. You just know she’d be like, goading Arcadia until she said yes.
Who suggests they both ditch work to lay around all day: Spencer. And Arcadia would be hesitant but give in anyway.
Who chooses the movies: Spencer. And Arcadia probably just sighs and goes along with it.
Who initiates kissing during the moving, thus distracting the other from the movie all together: Spencer. Because you know Arcadia would just get sucked in and Spencer would lose interest...thus the distraction of kissing.
Who orders lunch: Arcadia.
Who steals food from the other’s plate without asking: UM SPENCER. Because she know she’ll get away with it, even if it irritates Arcadia.
Who curls up next to the other and falls asleep due to a full tummy: Spencer. Little woof snuggles up to Big woof.
Who distracts the other from trying to work at home: Arcadia, because Spencer’s the only one who works at home really. Arcadia’s always out hunting when she’s working.
Who asks to go get ice cream like a five year old: Spencer. Whining until she gets her way :P
Who takes pictures of their partner eating ice cream: Um. Neither.

Who cleans up the kitchen afterwards: I think they both help one another. If only to get it done faster so they can have sex.
Who stays up until 2 reading: I don’t think either of them read very much. Unless it’s for work, the Arcadia might.
Who stares at their partner while their sleeping: I feel like both do, not often, but when the mood strikes them. Just to appreciate how lucky they are.
Who kisses their partner while they sleep: Both. Cuddly idiots.

“those goons? nah. it’s the night shift, nobody’s paying any attention to anything that isn’t the coffee machine, how else do you think i managed to get you in here in the first place?” she’s worked this shift before, and she couldn’t have given a damn what went on in the office, she had just wanted to get home. but she’s almost done tonight, and she’s brought spencer in for a little company before she leaves. beth spins her chair around and tugs at spencer’s shirt. “c’mon, one kiss?”
