Ingredients: 4 pork chops. 1 cup cherries, pitted and halved. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar. 2 tablespoons brown sugar. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1 teaspoon minced garlic. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Season pork chops with salt and pepper and place them in the slow cooker. In a bowl, mix together cherries, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and dried thyme. Pour the cherry mixture over the pork chops in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until pork is tender. Serve hot, spooning cherry sauce over the pork chops.
