West Berlin 1981. A glimpse into the furniture shop in the background of the previous post. I did not take any colour photos, but I would guess the dominant tones back in 1981 would be russet brown, beige, and shades of orange in the shag-pile rug. The size of the items on show assumes that their customers would have large enough rooms to put them in. That glass lighting fixture must have weighed a ton.
