Sorry to interrupt the Satan summoning storyline, but I haven’t had the chance to finalise that, been busy with the animation and 360° stuff. 😅 I had this handy, though, so enjoy! 🤘
How the hell’d you get up there?
So if you’re like me you’ve seen maybe a picture of an Ibex or maybe just the horns and though: wow, that’s neat! And also assumed that they were in the plains or maybe hills.
(Just an ibex, loafing around with some flowers.)
Maybe you saw this picture and thought they were on the edge of a “bad lands” sort of desert. You know, rocky protrusions, grasses, slopes. Very North Dakota.
(This time its an Ibex on rocks, with the moon framed by its horns. Damn, someone did a good job capturing that shot, but I can’t find where its from. The name on the bottom is Tiki Ozer, so hats off to them!)
Then I saw this shot and realized, nope, I was completely and utterly wrong.
(An Ibex, Chilling on the side of a cliff, in defiance of gravity and all physics. Like seriously, How did it even get there? Especially with those horns?! )
Yep. Turns out they are Alpine creatures. They have magic stored in those horns to allow them to spider walk on sheer cliff faces to find grass that no other sane creature would want to eat.
Here have a Mama spider Ballora and her Minireena babies
Spiderman not in the big city.
Imagine if Spiderman was set/(took place) in a large city that didn't have tall buildings for him to swing through the city on. He would probably just have to run everywhere or take an uber.

*highly likely from Lucas Varela's "Bloody Me Nancy! A Horror mash up", as it was told to me by a well-informed tumblr mutual, thanks!
