I cannot get over how much I love your art and character designs! If you don't mind me asking, how do you do your lineart? It's clearly there, but it's so soft and unobtrusive, even in WIPs. I love it!

Aww thank you so much!!! I will gladly share So firstly, for full color stuff I paint over my lineart and color it as well, and put it on something like overlay or multiply. That's how I get away with not having to do lineart-less shading (a pita)

For WIPs and sketches, I have thick lineart but I use an awesome brush I got from a colleague a long time ago, its origins are lost to time; It looks like this:

it's a very sketchy, fuzzy chisel-type brush.

This is what my lineart looks like with a standard ink brush compared to the sketchy one:

Additionally, I use a big canvas. Lineart always looks better shrunk down from a bigger document, like 3000 px to even 6000 for whole characters.

I can send the brush if you use Photoshop like I do :)

what are some of your unpopular opinions in the cod fandom, esp w these new ppl (aka tt stans)

this isn't necessarily an unpopular take, cause personally I was brought into cod by tiktok

but let me elaborate first: I watched the whole campaign (coz bitch I'm broke), didn't actually read the comics but I know what they're about and blablabla, I know the lore

but here's the thing: there's so many YOUNG people, especially girls, and I mean young young, that shouldn't be in the fandom AT ALL, the games have a 18+ rating for a goddamn reason, but yeah I know, we don't respect that, I didn't respect those ratings when I was a minor too

and also they're out there interacting with nsfw blogs, when this shit literally messes with your brain and your view of the world, I say it from personal experience (not really proud tho), but this shit makes you have a fucked up take on romantic relationships

the other thing is: some people are forgetting, even though the characters are fictional, that they're not supposed to be perfect human beings, they're in the military, they've been through shit, and there's beauty in flaw, but due to so many butthurt ppl they're out there throwing hate on perfectly fine men

ANOTHER VALID POINT, that I get in rage talking about, is about cosplayers: people don't respect their boundaries when they say they're not nsfw, gets me extremely pissed when I see a minor cosplayer getting creepy coments in their vids
