Max effort lower body day, Dave Tate style. Spider bar box squats with chains working up to a max effort single. 435 for a top set followed by 305 for 3 triples. On to deadlifts, where it was chained, raised on blocks, with bumpers. Loaded with 35's to make loading faster and then threw on 10's for the last 2 sets. 435 for a fast lockout and then 455 for a top set. Switched up my workout this way due to a nagging glute this morning.
