Noah Taylor lands role in Spierig Bros "Predestination" with Ethan Hawke & Sarah Snook

Noah Taylor has landed a role alongside Ethan Hawke and fellow Aussie Sarah Snook in the Spierig brothers "Predestination".

The film tells the story of a detective from a covert government agency who travels back in time to seek out his younger self and catch the one criminal who has eluded him for his entire career. 

According to IF.com.au, Director/writers Peter and Michael Spierig said: “We are thrilled to have Noah join the cast of Predestination, we are big fans of his and his amazing body of work.”

Filming is already underway in Melbourne.

Fans of the hit HBO show "Game of Thrones" would have been pleasantly surprised this month to see Taylor on screen playing Locke, the hunter sent to capture Jamie Lannister. 

Snook has also just wrapped playing the lead in the Lionsgate horror flick “Ghosts,” which tells the story of a woman who is forced to return to her father’s home in Louisiana when a car accident leaves her without the use of her legs. It’s not long before she discovers a mystery surrounding her own birth, as well as an angry ghost determined to destroy her.

Snook's Best Lead Actress nod at this year's AACTA Awards signals that she is another Aussie to look out for! The young actress took home the gong for her role opposite Ryan Kwanten in "Not Suitable for Children".
