Ingredients: 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled. 1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained. 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened. 1 cup sour cream. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Fold in cooked bacon and chopped spinach until evenly distributed. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or bread slices.
