so money is super tight since I can only work 10 hours a week...we cant afford another dog or expensive training...I really dont know what to do...a PSD would help me actually live a normal life with my mental and physical disabilities....

I’m so sorry you’re in the position. But unfortunately, it would not be appropriate for you to get a Service Dog. Service Dogs are dogs and as such, you, the owner/handler, need to be able to provide and care for them.
