The physics of dance is fascinating - and given that I do a PhD in physics, I bet that I could bore you to death with the theory!
However, this is not my aim - but having a scientific background does come with the advantage of looking at dance in a more structured way when necessary.

Spiral turns are used in latin american dancing and can also often be seen on a catwalk when the model is doing a dramatic turn to give the audience one last glance. Epic!
