OK OK so zeir parents r scientists right? clover had and still has many mental illnesses, mainly pertaining to his temper and shit. so even as a very young child he was always in and out of mental hospitals. i think ive told u abt spiral being his brother right?? neways they both were always in and out of psych wards. clover for being a danger 2 others, and spiral 4 bipolar disorder, histrionic personality disorder, etc. they both were shoved into this weird testing facility/psych ward thing, where spiral was put into a simulation (broke out as of this year's bday), and clover was basically morphed into a weapon of sorts. yea it gets bloody after that so
