natural hair spiel
i am totally in love with natural hair, more that i usually let it be known on the www ¬_¬
but, in real life, i am always admiring hair, natural and relaxed (im not a natural nazi btw, i can appreciate relaxed hair, even though i don't always agree with the mentality behind it) i just want people to witness for themselves the greatness that is growing from their scalps, and even though people like to attest my: 'good hair' (HATE THAT! good hair = healthy hair) to my ethnic roots/background, ive seen some people with pure african american background (well at least 5/6 generations worth) with curly hair (note: i dont think that curly hair i.e. luscious loose flowing curls to be the only 'pretty' type of curl hair. [there are diff types, refer to my hair typing link] theres coily, spiraly, ahh, its so vast)
So that should dispel the whole only mixed or multi racial people have 'curly / nice hair'
It just honestly hurts me to see grown women who have never seen their hair in its natural state (not counting 'new growth' -__-) i personally dont think out creator would put hair on our head that wouldnt suit us individually. Hair that wouldnt bring out our own individual features and accentuate our beauty. It puzzles me how people think things like that.
later when i can muster it, ill post my hair curl-story :D
