Probably the scene where Crowly is trying to help get Maggie and Nina to fall in love when he makes it rain and they shelter under an awning, but the awning collapses.

Probably every time either Aziraphale or Crowly says something and the other thinks the first was talking about them. I.E., S2E1, when Crowly is helping build the nebula and says "Look at you, you're gorgeous," Aziraphale has to do a double take because he thought that Crowley might have been talking to him.
