Front Roe painting

I’ve started this little project for the splatoon band, Front Roe (my second favorite band, first being Yoko and the golden bazookas) and I’m gonna update every now and then to show off each layer, this might even turn into a huge project of painting all the bands, but I don’t think that’s going to happen

Also, the amount of paint it took to match their skin tones is insane

(I used the one all the way at the bottom)

also, a bit of lore from my splatoon involved self, Front Roe used to be squid squad, the band who made the popular last minute turf war song “now or never” but one of the band members left and created a duo band called diss-pair, leaving the other three to find a new crew member and create Front roe, who made one of my favorite splatoon song, “Sea me now”
