Art Legacy I remember mum painting blue wrens so often when I was young. She was chronically I’ll and continually in and out of hospital. Whenever she had the energy she would have a paint brush in her hand and the splendid blue wren was her favourite. She was my greatest influence and taught me about the joy of art and the healing space of pausing into the moment. Mum also taught me a deep sense of faith and love of nature that has become my constant inspiration for every piece I create. Feeling blessed to have had her art love to guide my path as I find her in these creative pauses. These birds, and animals remind me to pause and connect to those natural spaces that make me smile.
