BOOM! baby Leo being spooked by splinters loud dad sneeze
this is old art too so some details are probably wrong, but leo's easily spooked nature is completely right still.

epic life hack i discovered (actually works!): if you have lots of little splinters in your hands due to, say, sticking them in potting soil with no gloves on, gently scrubbing circles with a bristly nail brush does wonders
I'm not as proud of this one but here's this, my Venus De Milo as death (totally gonna redesign her multiple times in the future, this is the first time I drew her, I just saw the meaning of the death card and felt it fit her too well not to design her just for this, hee hee/lore)
Definitely suggest the next cards or characters I should do.
also I don't like I did absolutely zero shading but I feel like it fits the tarot card theme (the ones I have give a similar errie/uncanny/liminal kind of vibe, maybe I could find some examples if you want) but I'm kinda upset at how it looks so you get two art in one post to prove I can do shading and stuff
this was made while I was still working on concepts of the story so it doesn't include [insert several spoilers] also I have since gotten better at drawing splinter.
also, here's the other cards I've done so far
the lovers/the devil/the tower/the magician/the hanged man/
