You asked for it. Split Milk is a really sweet cafe tucked behind the shops in Pt Chev. They always have a diverse menu with a section devoted to Vietnamese classics like pho, bun cha, beef noodle salad & banh mi. The banh mi appealed more than the brioche French toast. Trying to avoid the pork, and the other option of spiced prawns, Uncle opted for the vegetarian tofu. It arrived drizzled with a spicy peanut sauce. No exactly what I’d expect in a banh mi. But then I had altered the filling so I cannot complain. Eat up, Uncle. And shut up!
