CHAPTER 1: THE DRAGON (FRACKTAIL)
A fight in a flat desert, you have to grab it’s tail just as it swoops down. It’s then a slow climb up to it’s head. Use the little creatures spawning out of his back to throw at- and damage- it’s signal antenna. Hold on when it starts to cause you trouble by doing air acrobatics, and you should be set.

CHAPTER 3: THE LIZARD (FRANCIS)
After a short minigame where the Lizard flirts with you, the Wanderer reaches a very rare but very satisfying rage breaking point and is outright ready to attack him with everything short of lethal means. You can help her beat the shit out of a creepy stalker on this special occasion by picking up his own robots and throwing them at him when he turns visible. Or use Boomer. That works too.

CHAPTER 5: KING CROACUS
A giant plant monster driven mad, your fight with him consist more of climbing up his vines to administer him an antidote to cure his pollution poisoning. Make sure to have a proper grip, and use his own razor sharp petals against him to cut through traps, restraints and blockade. Find the way to his mouth, and you’re set.

CHAPTER 6: THE CHAMPION it should’ve been the champion of the kingdom, but there is nothing left by the time you find the pure heart. the actress somewhat counts, and you fight the jester immediately after, but neither feel like victories

CHAPTER 7: THE FALLEN (BONECHILL)
An ancient, fallen Nimbi that looks like a dragon. As it chases after you and the living form the last Pure Heart has taken, it sheds it’s knives-like scales, the only thing able to pierce through it’s hide. Pick them up, use Carrie to avoid the icy floor and it’s icy breath, and go up to it’s head. Use the scale to tear right through his hide, leaving him to slowly bleed out. Rinse and repeat until it can’t simply seals it’s wounds by freezing them.

CHAPTER 8: THE MOURNER
Your love, rendered mad by his loss of you. At first invincible thanks to the Chaos Heart, (as powerful as love is, hatred is just as powerful) seeing two of his friends (the Warrior and the Actress, the Jester being dead (?) after a failed suicide attack) appear and cheer the Wanderer on instead of him weakens his heart, finally allowing her to battle him.
You have to use a bunch of different Pixls to force him down, the battle only ending once you knock the staff out of his hand. At first wishing for you to end him, the Wanderer reveals to him that she knows who he was before he became the Mourner, and looking at her finally allows him to see that his love is still there. The Chaos Heart banished from his heart, the Wanderer is finally able to use the Pure Hearts to banish it, the happy ending within hand reach...

FINAL BOSS: GUARDIAN OF THE DARK PROGNOSTICUS/THE YOUNGEST PIXL/DIMENTIO
The Jester reveals his true colors as the last Pixl created. Desperate for everything to end due to constantly having to deal with the worse of what existence has to offer, he fuses with the Chaos Heart and drags the Wanderer into a pocket dimension, away from her love and the Pure Hearts. Intent on destroying her, and then all worlds before recreating them in a way where he’ll be allowed to exist, he’s invulnerable at first and hits like a truck. As for the Pixls? They’re too scared to come out, their brother obviously having lost his mind.
But the Mourner future Count’s love for the Wanderer his beloved Lady transcends all, the Magician wants nothing more than support the future Count in all his endeavors, and the Warrior and Actress both owe her their lives. So they use the Pure Hearts to reach out to her, granting her one last power...
Now on the same standing as Dimentio with wings made out of the dimensional shards stuck within her, you have to continue avoiding his attacks as he’s still uber-powerful. But he’s not invulnerable, and you now possess power equal to him: use your wings to cut through his new form. Start with his limbs, then his head, his mask should get sliced in half. Once he can’t move anymore, fly right in the middle of his chest, and pull out the Chaos Heart. The final cutscene shall then start playing...
