So heartbroken right now. Hugs and love to everyone. I don't know how we will manage now. One thing: I WISH they hadn't had MC with them. J2 are the show, I wish they could have announced it together, just them. But maybe that would have been even harder to handle. Anyway, let's try to support each other, and be together. Love

This! I didn’t think I would find it so hard, still trying to process it as silly as it sounds. The show has been bleeding for a while but it doesn’t soften the blow it still sucks to know the end is near. The show may end but fandom will live on just as much as Sam and Dean’s legacy…

Sure there’s been some really bad shit in fandom along the way but the positives sure do over shadow them when you really take a look at it. The show has touched so many lives one way or another it honestly feels like I’m losing a limb right now. 15 years. Damn, it feels like so much but not enough where did the time go. 

To the little show that could, you certainly did. My heart is aching I hate to even think how the guys are feeling though it was most likely them that pulled the trigger it wouldn’t of been easy at all for them.

Support and spread the love we’re going to need it and so is J2.

We knew the boys would decide this together, but beyond being ready to stay at home more, Jensen said awhile back when they felt the stories weren’t good they would prob end. I think boys haven’t enjoyed the writing for awhile. they were just giving it a chance but finally done. They want it to be a great show, and it has slipped in that so especially Jensen said no more. Just tossing that around? :0)

I  agree with you on that I don’t think they have either, various things would of factored into the decision making they’ve had the weight of not only their jobs/livelihoods it would of been the crews too add that with their very outspoken dedicated fan base and Jared’s fear of not letting the people he cares for down then I can see this being a very thought/planned out decision by both of them.

The last day is going to hurt them the most I think that’s when it will really hit them hard no preparation will help with that. 

They probably feel really shitty but also kind of relieved now the weight has been lifted. I guess we’ll have to see what they say here on out. It’s sure going to be interesting. 💖💖

Hey there. I loved your answer to the anon. It helped calm my broken heart (honestly Jensen, including M? glad Jared didn't). I really hope it was their decision and not the network because of all the people whining about SPN declining in quality. Or a health problem, heaven forbid. Lately they've said often enough (and sounded happy doing it) that they were promised SPN would go on as long as they wanted it to. They never hinted at ending next season. I truly hope it was their decision. Love.

No problem nonnie. We’ve got one more season to go the least we can do is be there and support it until the very end, let’s hope the writers don’t mess this up for Sam and Dean or J2…

I think it was most definitely Jared and Jensen’s decision a difficult one for them of course but it had to be done. 15 Seasons, 10 more than was intended that’s one hell of an achievement. 

I have no doubt that they’ve talked about the end numerous times over the last few years, especially with breakdowns along the way, to see if each other were still on board, not burnt out and okay to go further or for whatever other reason where they both agreed that it was time then they would call it before going to anyone about it so it’s probably been planned for a long time, then only just put into action like serious actual planning over the last few months maybe.

I’m sure there were quite a few things that factored into the decision some we may find out some we won’t. I hope they don’t feel any guilt over this, it needed to happen, to be told that the decision is up to them when the show ends for years as long as they’re still on board that is a lot of pressure to place on to their shoulders it was certainly not an easy decision but we have to respect it. I have too many thoughts about all this right now.
