Rewatching Riverdale’s s1 at 22 is CRAZY because what do you mean it came out almost whole decade ago now? I was a weird little nerdy 13-year-old with no friends, who wrote stories at the back of the class to avoid bullies.
I was pretty much the textbook definition of Jughead Jones, besides the odd few differences.
Who was going to tell little 13-year-old Spencer that they would rewatch the show at 22 years of age and realise that now people are way too afraid of being themselves now so they absolutely dog-pile on the show’s later seasons??
This rant isn't gonna make sense because it's me and I never make sense LMAO
The funniest thing about having a varied-ish music taste is that whenever somebody asks my mum "Oh what kind of music is your son into?" my mum always says that I'm into screamo metal. I wouldn't say I listen to screamo daily, because I don't, there's a few songs on my playlist - but I'd say that my main genre is alternative rock, I think? At least that's what I listen to mainly.
I guess on the surface and people looking at me would assume that I'm a metalhead (I've actually had a few strangers on the street ask me if I am because I apparently "dress" like one, because I have long hair "for a guy", piercings and I wear a lot of leather 💀 which isn't entirely what makes a metalhead, but y'know).
Like the main kind of music I listen to is Halestorm, Paramore, Panic! At The Disco, Falling In Reverse, Ghost etc (yes I know that Ghost is a rock band before anyone comes for me) - hence why I personally don't consider myself a metalhead or identity as one for that matter because I don't think (?) that those bands are considered to be in the screamo/metal genre (I am clueless as to what genre a lot of bands are, I know, I'm a fake fan /joking THAT'S A JOKE)
It's funny because my mum listens to a lot of the similar bands that I listen to (not Panic!, but we both listen to Blur, Gorillaz and Fall Out Boy to name a few) yet she just tells people who ask that I just listen to screamo metal and screamo metal only pffft
There's so much I have to do vs things I want to do. Decisions, decisions.
