…I always thought it was a stupid show and recently I watched some of the older episodes and I actually LIKED it. I saw a whole bunch of the original scenes to memes, it could genuinely be funny or dark at times instead of being stupid, and SpongeBob being the goober that he is just makes me want to hug him. Not to mention I found a really good angsty fanfic about him I never thought I’d find. Also his and Squidward’s dynamic is really nice, I always like to see those types. So. Don’t like SpongeBob when he’s really annoying or weird for too long, but other than that. He’s a goober. Idk why it’s affected me this much 😭

Hello my dearies,

I never thought I’d say this, but I have a secret F/O I’ve been wanting to reveal for a very long time. I’ve loved him since I was a kid, and I’m so glad I finally get to show him on here now! He is Spongebob Squarepants, and he’s honestly one of my longest running F/Os. I used to be scared of thinking about others opinions, but after seeing some mutual self shippers proudly show off their cartoon character crushes and their ships, I’ve become more confident in showing them myself! I even have a self insert I ship Spongebob with. Feel free to look at the cartoon designs if you want since I’ll be uploading them soon. Thank you for listening to my ranting/gushing too! 🙏💕🌹🍷✨

Sparkles the pink dolphin ✨

Relatives: Bubbles the Dolphin

Age: Unknown (A dolphin lady never tells)

Gender: Demi-female

Sparkles is a pink bottle nosed dolphin, and she’s the rarest of her kind. She is Bubbles’ cousin twice removed, and it’s a running gag in the show for mentioning it. While she may not be as powerful and omnipotent as her twice removed cousin, she can make her own forms of magic that are pretty strong too. Sparkles is in charge of everything “beautiful” and “aesthetic-worthy”, and she makes a darn good job at running that business. I’m fact she is so good at it that avid “shoal-cial” media fans like Squidward and Pearl can’t get enough of her style.

Her and Spongebob meet when one day, he decides to wear the tackiest and most in-colored coordinated of clothes from his closet to the Krusty Krab. Sensing a strong disturbance in the beauty force from her palace, she rushes down to Bikini Bottom to find the source of it. Upon seeing SpongeBob’s extremely tacky appearance, she swears to reform SpongeBob’s wardrobe to the point of unrecognizable overbearance ( but before that she lets out the most ungodliest of shrieks upon seeing his tacky outfit ). She even tries to reform Patrick’s wardrobe after a while. After a long, arduous, and hilarious episode, she realizes she was overdoing it and apologizes for her behavior towards Spongebob. Spongebob of course forgives her and lets her know it’s ok to love tacky things too. He also tells her tacky and weird things are also beautiful in their own way. Taking that to heart (and developing an instant crush on him soon after), she decides to put on her nerdy glasses she hasn’t worn since high school and wears them with pride. Her followers, however, aren’t so pleased with her decision and she loses her count. It doesn’t bother her though, since eventually whatever Sparkles deems worthy of beauty will eventually be on trend soon. In the end, everyone embraces all kinds of tackiness and uniqueness all over Bikini Bottom.
