:'D so I got this today

Lovely lady at the local library craft workshop overheard me talking about my sewing misadventures and straight up offered me her old sewing machine. Went over today and had a lovely chat with her, then picked It up. It is absolutely gorgeous and I am still reeling from what a beauty it is!

It's got the cover and the manual, as well as most, if not all, of the accessories. It works perfectly and has been really well looked after, and I am just floundering at what to even do with it.

I have very basic sewing skills but I am determined to make things with this!!

Does anyone have any simple patterns I could try? :o

I think I would feel more confident in believing it if it didn't feel so.. manual?

It's like I'm only 'us' when I can be bothered to be? When I remember about 'someone else' outside of just me? It's never unprompted or at random, at least to my memory, only when I'm considering plurality. And whenever I do supposedly talk with it, it feels like I can just... Speak for it? Like it's just two trains of thought of my own, like I already know what it's going to say.

But then there's the idea that if I was faking, I'd be doing it for a reason... And I'm almost certainly not doing this on purpose, right? Normal people don't want to be plural, surely?

I wish I knew if it was just me making things up...

I was wanting to buy slay the spire before the sale goes away ;w; (the original) plus some other bits for my snes repair, so i'm taking on a commission slot :D will have it done by the 18th!

Base prices listed, may increase with complexity. If you wish to see more examples just ask :D

All pieces come with a timelapse except the pixel art. I mean, I can give you one but it's probably not going to look great given the canvas size ^^

2 frame pixel animations: Done on an anthro, feral or raptor base, these are £10-15 depending on complexity of characters.

Lineless character artwork:

£25 for a symmetric character ref (mild asymmetry is fine) £40 for a more dynamic piece

Clean flat colour sketches

£60 per character; no backgrounds but I am happy to use an edited stock photo like the first example.

Final attack of 2025 :D

Been itching to do a proper piece of @venirush's little bug buddy Vinnie ever since I first saw them c: nice to finally get that done! (Not that it'll be the last time I draw them, of course, ohoho)

I feel like I've really got a handle on this art style now, and as suspected, Vinnie looks good in it ^^ sort of a lineless, pseudo paper cutout look, almost. Glad I got to experiment this year, and loving how it culminated!
