👻 - Someone They Don’t See Often
november has several older siblings, but of all of them, he sees the one he’s closest in age to the least. he and his sister have always had a strange relationship. she always seemed to be mad at him about something and he was too emotionally obtuse to gather what that was. as perceptive as nova considers himself, his sister is altogether a mystery. he wishes it weren’t that way because it left him feeling like maybe she just didn’t like him. and maybe she doesn’t. most of his family members have tried to make contact over the years, except this sister. he hears she’s off trying the acting game and he couldn’t be happier for her, but she still feels more like a stranger to him than a sibling. he can’t help but feel like maybe that’s his fault.
