Monster Matchup: Jonas (SFW)

Back with another monster matchup! This one has been sitting in my drafts for awhile. I have a job interview this week that will give me an extra day of free time! So here’s to hoping! This one featuring an orc that loves collecting bones! *Disclaimer: None of the pictures are mine! All credit goes to the original artists!

The first thing that Jonas had noticed about you was your laugh, it was what had caught his attention when you had first met.

He had heard you across the room, your laugh infectious and he soon found himself smiling right along with whatever joke your friends had told. After that is when he had made his way over to you and introduced himself properly, followed by a joke that had you laughing again.

If he could, he would spend all day making you laugh, but he knows that’s not possible, so he spends his days trying to make you as happy as possible just to hear you laugh.

When he finds out that you have an interest in collecting bones, he goes out of his way to make sure that you have the proper cleaning supplies for them. He’ll take up the task of cleaning them if need be.

He’ll even offer you old bones from his collection that he had when he was younger since he had an interest in them as well.

He’ll even purchase several books on bones so that you have a reference as he had seen you struggle a bit before with identifying some of the ones you had.

Will buy you sketchbooks for your drawings, he’ll even ask if you could try to draw the bone structure of an animal based off of the ones you already have.

Overall, the most supportive, caring orc ever. He taught you how to braid his long black hair since you had seemed so eager to try to do it yourself, but the first time had ended up with his hair getting knotted more than anything else.

He even tries to teach you how to make a necklace out of the bones that you had, at least the smaller ones. You made him one for your anniversary once and he had teared up at the thoughtful gift.

Which leads to him sending you videos on different things that you guys can do with your growing collection. Some are great... Others not so much, but it’s the thought that counts

He tries his best to help you when it comes to adhd, he doesn’t know much about it but he reads up on it and asks questions on what helps you the best! He’s trying, he’s got the right spirit.

Asexual as well! He loves to be affectionate, whether it’s kissing, holding hands, etc., but anything more than that is a polite no from him. He was upfront with you when you first started the relationship.

Overall, you share hobbies together but have different ones that make the relationship much more interesting, and you both learn how to craft different things together!

Good morning/afternoon/evening to you! I’m new to monster matches and saw yours was open so I want to give it a try hehe~ (swf please)!

I’m a 5’4 she/they lad with no gender preference (indecisive like that). I’m the local oddball introvert that loves conversation no matter how deep and philosophical, though I’m up for any comedic banter possible as well. I tend to be rather tough and hardworking but I will cry around cute things without fail and can be rather air headed at times. (Cancer sun, gemini moon, aquarius rising if that helps hhh)

My interests mostly include anything in the fantasy genre, whether it be games, books, shows or podcasts. I love creating things and I love admiring the world around me. I particularly enjoy anything related to the sea and find any creature over six feet more endearing than terrifying. In odd relation to this, being swaddled in giant blanket burritos and being cocooned in any way makes me extremely happy.

What I look for in a partner is pretty general: someone who can read my moods and tell whether I need space or a giant hug. I would also prefer someone who can keep a conversation with me both in listening and talking aspects (conversation is key after all). Basically an intuitive ambivert is the partner of my dreams asdkfjlksdfj (someone with cat-like or dog-like personality traits are a particular win for me as well).

I saw Monster matchups are open! If I could get one? My names Ree, I use she/they pronouns and like femnine presenting people. When it comes to what I want in a partner, I want somwone who is artistic,maybe a bit chaotic. I cant really find myself dating someone whos a goody-two-shoes.
