Spoopy Fic Concept:

Vampire!Hannibal + Addams Family!Will

Hannibal would be the kind of vampire who mixes slang and fashion from every decade he's been alive and is endlessly thrilled by new things.

Will's the type to live in the same house for 20 years without realizing 20 years have gone by. Grumpily sighs at each new technological development but learns it anyway just to fit in. Sees no point in owning TVs or computers but manages to switch from gas lighting to electric because safety and convenience is more important than aesthetics (*glares at Hannibal*). Buys all his clothes at Walmart, not super attached to any time period.

Abigail is the always trendy vamp. Very fluid and adaptable, fits in seamlessly. Doesn't harbor Hannibal's excitement or fascination with advancement, just moves along with the times because that's how life goes. Neither broods nor revels in her vampirism - she is who she is and that's that.

Bedelia adjusts well but has deep nostalgia for specific time periods and a bitterness at the world for changing. She'll fall in love with the fashion and culture of an era, be upset when it ends, then fall in love with another one a few decades later. "Back in my day..." energy.

Chiyoh is the sort to emerge from a coffin once a century all "Where am I? Who are you? What do you mean feudalism is gone? Is Hitler dead yet?". She gets some shit done, makes sure her territory is still secure (and uninhabited), then goes back to sleep for another century.
