#SPOTLIGHTFRIDAY: For me this oil isn’t one of my favorites, but this article gives me some great ideas to use. Spikenard Oil Uses and Benefits ❄️ Uplifting aroma that can help promote feelings of relaxation and calmness. ❄️ A very grounding oil. ❄️ Spikenard essential oil is revered for its benefits for skin. People often use Spikenard oil for skin due to its cleansing and purifying properties. To experience the skin benefits of Spikenard oil, consider adding a few drops of the oil to your daily cleanser or favorite anti-aging product. ❄️ With a unique woody, spicy scent, Spikenard is commonly used in the perfume industry. When you want to create your own personalized essential oil perfume, consider combining Spikenard oil with complementary oils like Clove, Frankincense, Geranium, Lavender, Wild Orange, or any other oils that pair well with Spikenard. ❄️ Spikenard oil can be applied topically to help promote calm or relaxing feelings. When you want to experience the calming benefits of Spikenard essential oil, apply one or two drops to the temples or back of the neck. Before applying Spikenard to the skin, consider diluting the oil with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to help minimize skin sensitivity. https://www.doterra.com/US/en/spikenard-oil https://www.instagram.com/p/B6S6rDoALpr/?igshid=1p8m3ha038pr

#SPOTLIGHTFRIDAY: one of my favorite firs!! Due to its chemical composition, Siberian Fir has many potential uses: 🌲Diffuse Siberian Fir overnight to enhance deep sleep. 🌲Inhale it directly from the bottle to help promote feelings of clear, healthy breathing. 🌲To promote a lighter more even skin tone, add a few drops to a lotion or moisturizer and apply topically each day. I didn’t know this!!! Siberian Fir to Replace White Fir. With announcement that doTERRA will no longer be offering White Fir oil, it is comforting to know that Siberian Fir is actually an upgrade from White Fir. GC-MS analysis shows that all of the main chemical constituents of White Fir are also present in Siberian Fir, and in even greater concentrations, with one exception: limonene. While White Fir oil contained fair amounts of limonene, it is important to realize that the benefits of limonene are not lost with the loss of White Fir. Limonene is found in much higher concentrations in the citrus oils. In fact, it turns out that a 2:1 blend of Siberian Fir to a citrus oil, especially Lemon or Lime, has chemical makeup nearly identical to White Fir oil. Unlike White Fir, Siberian Fir can be used internally. So if you have a recipe blend that calls for white for you can use Siberian fir & a citrus. Amazing!!! https://www.instagram.com/p/B5u8vUugUA1/?igshid=1xzfnsqluc8v

He attempted various distillation methods using flowers and was eventually able to isolate the scent of the rose as well as produce rose water. #doterrapursuewhatspure https://www.instagram.com/p/B443caGgcP2/?igshid=wuxj65axraot
