Stanza + Realtors
We reached out to subscribers of r/realtors and r/realestatetechnology to get feedback on our website and product before we launched. We wanted to understand how Stanza might work for members of other communities we didn’t have too much experience with.
We believed that Stanza was a fit for all communities - of any size. We talked to a lot of you, and heard what you had to say. In some ways we were right, and in some ways we had a lot of learning and discovery to do. (And still do!)
We mainly had questions about how it works when a new home hits the market as well as how open houses work. This includes the marketing, and the logistics behind making sure people are there at the right time.
If you have upcoming open houses and you want your potential buyers to be able to subscribe to a feed of when those happen - Stanza is for you. Dates and times go directly into your followers’ calendars so they’ll never miss a home that fits their criteria. Have buyers subscribe to different categories, and unsubscribe when they’ve found their perfect home. Attach flyers for the homes to the calendar event description, or add the URL to the online listing once they walk away to think about it.
Stanza launched today with a pre-order of the product for only $7 per month for the first year (normally priced at $15 per month).
