The first set is 215. I had taken it once and it felt awful, so I did it again with a hand-off. The second set is 220. Took a hand off again. I even told the guy to let me grind it out unless I specifically told him to take it. But of course, he touches the bar as soon as it slows down. You can actually see the bar slow as it hits my sticking point, the pick up speed again when he touches the bar. Also note that the bar was still moving when he touched it.
