They’re not bad at all, given the alternative of tanning in the sun! You might want to invest in a self-tanner for the face, too, because with regular skin care it will fade faster on the face.
JUST MAKE SURE YOU WEAR SUNSCREEN! Spray tans oxidize like crazy on the skin, meaning you’re going to accrue way more sun damage than without a spray tan. If you wear a sunscreen, you should be fine, though.
