I took down a poster for a thing I used to enjoy, but realized was incredibly damaging and stupid and sophomoric and "problematic", and was left with a blank area on my poster wall, where I have a bunch of art from others that has been gifted to me, or I collabbed on, or am very proud of.
After finally getting some hanging strips it is now replaced with a Big Hero Six poster, a mini-print of Krieg / Handsome Jack and the Gilded Mask print from the Gearbox store. Really look at the Gilded Mask print, it's so beautiful.
Another set of posters I have that are very amazing or I am super-fond of include my Movie Theater (a friend who worked in a movie theater sent me their theatrical poster) for Hellboy 2, and a banner of the cast of FFVII.
Having all this properly set up made me realize exactly how much having art around you that is really, like - SPECIAL to you changes things. I have one other poster up that's for something I'm not really "into" anymore.
I'm excited to see what I can find to replace it.
