"That depends on what wands you've managed to procure for yourself." Noel said keeping one shadow moving over the hardened length enjoying the control he was exerting over Sweden's councilman knowing he had him by more than one leash. He drew the taller man closer to him bringing their lips together. Noel not at all denying his true nature, letting pieces of that darkness slip into the councilman with the kiss. He, like his brother, had an intrinsic biological knowledge of a range of creatures due to studies knowing just what parts of the brain to stimulate and cut off to get the reactions he wanted. All it took was Noel to activate one part of the parasympathetic nervous system that had been inactivated by his vampirism for his own body to produce the heat. It didn't make him alive by any means, it was just a chemical reaction as was everything that made the thing function that wasn't pure magic.

"Still seeking a warm body?" Noel breathed against those warm lips stepping back from the other to start circling him with a predatory gaze. Calling forth his scythe he spun it absently in his hand, then used it as an extension of himself to fluidly cut away the layers of clothing from the councilman before he was left naked save for Noel's shadows moving over his skin wherever Noel felt he wanted to touch.

"For someone so old, your tastes are so very immature." He teased. "You should apologize for offending me Stigr." Noel said slamming the hilt of his scythe to the ground causing a dust up of ash and soot from the ground as his cat like eyes burned with a fire of their own. "I expect you on your knees."
