It is with the greatest honour I am here to announce our Spring Sovereign for this year’s spring festival. This highly esteemed role is cherished as part of our Claybourne history and as such to be crowned Spring Sovereign is the highest of honours. This year, as with so many things in our town presently has turned out to be one of the most historic votes in Claybourne history.
