@omshamatha Hello Beautiful Yogis and welcome to Day 8 (our final day) of #SpringCleanYourChakras. Our sponsor is @ipwnyogadotcom. On our final day we focus on the Aura. The aura consists of subtle bodies and are non-physical aspects of each human being surrounding and interpenetrating the body. Like the chakra system, the subtle bodies have complex interaction and flow between them. Each one of the subtle bodies that exist around the physical body, has its own unique frequency. They are interrelated, and affect one another, as well as a person's feelings, emotions, thinking, behavior, and overall health. The aura consists of 7 levels and each level of the aura can be thought of as the individual seen from a slightly different energy vibration. Much like listening to the different instruments play in an orchestra. Within our home the aura is associated with porches, decks, landscaping and garages. Each of the aura colors represent a person's mood or physical health and reflect the condition of the chakras. I chose colors that were not associated with the 7 chakras and specifically bright silver, because it is the color of abundance, both spiritual and physical. Lots of bright silver can also reflect an awakening of the cosmic mind. Bright metallic silver means that you are intuitive and nurturing and shows that you are receptive to new ideas. White: is a pure state of light & often represents new, spiritual, etheric, non-physical qualities, transcendent, higher dimensions, purity & truth. Our suggested yoga exercise for balancing the aura is a Kundalini Kriya. Please see @Teesa1313 for detailed instructions. ❤It has been absolutely wonderful traveling the mini journey through the home, via the 7 chakras and I hope that you've found the journey as refreshing and eye opening as I have. Thank you so much for joining us! Wishing you an abundance of peace, joy and love. Namaste ❤❤❤ HOSTS: @om_gratitude @yulady @hotyogiana @irontheraphy11 @limitlessyogisoul @jessamendola @__gabrella__ @teesa1313 (at Yogi in the Light)
