Recipe #2- Omelette with spring onions
Hi, this is my second recipe... I think I'll consider this... well... my first milestone on this floofy warm blog...? The layout is the same!
ALLERGIES: Milk, soy sauce,
INGREDIENTS: 1 large egg, 1 tsp of SOY SAUCE , 2 tbsp of MILK, a sprinkle of pepper, 1 stalk of spring onion- cut in to halves and slice the spring onions into smaller pieces..
MATERIALS:
All same as recipe #1

STEPS:
1] Firstly, crack the eggs into a bowl. Next, add the milk, soy sauce, and pepper.
2] Mix the egg mixture together. The reason for not putting in the onions in before the eggs, it's easier to mix all the ingredients.
3] OPTIONAL: For a slightly more nicer taste, add in 1 tsp of olive oil in and mix. :)
4] Heat up oil in the pan. Grab a tsp, and scoop up the mixture, (No, don't taste it- it will taste horrible :( ] Pour it into the pan and see how fast it cooks. If it cooks the moment you pour it into the pan, pour in the rest of the mix.
5] Wait and use the same method you used in method #1.
6] Once the egg is cooked, remove it from the pan and place it on a pretty plate. :) ENJOY!!!!
