Goodbye Kiss
Blushing lips of shy Spring,
Blossom your sweet kiss onto the brow of Winter,
Melt the frosty heart of the cold,
And with lips still pursed,
Blow the breeze of Summer-coming,
And shoot your electric waves of warmth,
Let them penetrate my pale, chilled skin,
And shock me with your promise of new life,
It's secret has been embedded in the frigid soils for far too long,
Nurture it's roots,
And allow the beauty of growth to bloom once again.
