Nothing but issues from sprint and with #sprintcare since I opened my account with them. All #Sprint does is make their customers suffer. Do NOT do business with them... Save yourself. They sent me a phone I cancelled, I sent it back, they say they never got it but the tracking proves that they did. So then they take those charges off after repeatedly trying to make me pay for it. Then when I want to cancel, they don't cancel my service after they TOLD me they could. Now all of a sudden I can't unless I pay them $500+ ?? NO #sprintissues SPRINT has the WORST #customerserviceissues I have ever seen and yet they claim they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but only for the first 30 days, WHICH NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT. After that 30 days, trust me. They could give a shit less about you as a customer. #sprintsucks ... Sprint care is the worst part of sprint too, in my opinion. I think I've spent over 10 hours on the phone with them collectively over the past 6 months and its ridiculous. They never help you.
