Ingredients: 1 cup mixed beans such as lentils, chickpeas, mung beans. Water. Salt.
Instructions: Run cold water over the mixed beans several times. Leave the beans in a big bowl of water overnight. The next day, drain and rinse the beans. Put the beans on a damp, clean cloth and wrap them up. Wrap the beans up and put them somewhere warm and dark for two to three days. Twice a day, rinse and drain the beans. After the beans have sprouted, give them one last rinse and let them drain well. Add salt to your liking.
