Could you ever be close with someone who didn't live close by

Of course I can be close with someone who does not live close by. Try asking Callie who lives in Texas, Erin who lives in Seattle, Alisha who is in Arkansas, and all my friends in Canada and on the East Coast.......I am incredibly close with them. It's definitely hard not being able to jump into my car and drive on over to their houses, but when we finally get to hang out it is even more special and valued. It's special being close with someone who lives far away because you become more dependent on communication because you can't just see each other all the time. Anyways this was a long, pointless answer for a simple yes or no question sooooo. I am going to end that here.

She’s going to know how you feel without you telling her, that you need a wee from a look on your face, and that you’re crying without shedding tears. She’s going to know all of it. Everything. You, from top to bottom and inside out. From learning, from sharing, from listening, from watching. She’s going to know every single thing there is to know, and you know what else?
