I've been going through your blog and i guess i need Alice for beating Hades? Since she removes enemy buffs? Is she hard to draw? because i'm low on jewels and I'd rather wait until i've saved enough to draw a few times if i need to - buy jewel packs isn't really...fun.
If it is just to survive the story quest (so not completing the challenges), then having Alice [P] as a partner medal is enough. Just make sure to have a medal that you’re not going to activate have the skill poison if Hades has about half a bar of health left. I survived the story quest just fine without Alice [P] in my medals and just had her as a partner medal. Just keep refreshing the partner medal page until you find an Alice [P] or ask your party members to put Alice [P] as their partner medal.
However, if you want to one turn Hades, then you need Alice [P].
