something happened just now. a lot of somethings. and i feel really empty. i think its my coping mechanism. i think i should never talk about my feelings again. they bring disaster and denials and excuses and "its happened to other people too why r u so affected". mister. mister. i feel so empty. i can go on and do things and it feels as if nothing happened. mister. i was called crazy in school n by my bro a lot so my self confidence fell. but every1 tells me to forgive. mister. a lot happened.
I dont know if saying this will help, but…. you will get a LOT of terrible feedback from people who want to defend the status quo. Thats part of fighting for basic human respect. People are gonna try to shut you up. People are gonna try to make you feel like you’re a terrible person for wanting a better world. Some people will even try to do you harm.
Take a break if you need to. Take some time to heal. Because sometimes this gets exhausting. We’ve all been there.
