...Does anyone want to make me a Christmas icon? Well... make 4 (one for each of my blogs)

I don’t have the time this year to decorate my blogs all Christmas-y like I did last year and such, but I want SOMETHING, and making just one Christmas icon takes up so much time haha. I don’t have this time, nor the energy, with how busy I’ve been.

I don’t think anyone would volunteer and I’m totally asking too much of my friends here, but if anyone wouldn’t mind... shoot me a message? <3

HOLIDAY ALERT

Hey guys! So if some of y’all remember, I put together a Fandom Secret Santa last year that had a large handful of participants. It was so much fun to put together and see everyone’s submissions and presents for each other.

I figured that I would do it again this year! But only if I have enough people who would want to participate.

So it would be VERY helpful if y’all could either message me your thoughts and/or support, reblog this to spread the word, or like or reply to this. I don’t care the method, I just want to know.

And I may actually make a separate side blog for it this year, since I feel like that would be a much better way to get updates across and share the gifts y’all give to each other without bombarding my main blog with all of this haha. And I’m gonna try to make the process on my end easier and less stressful... I’ve learned the hard way of my mistakes and I wanna make this fun for all of us, including myself.

And for the record, it doesn’t just have to be members of the Sherlock fandom or Doctor Who or any of the typical stuff you see me involved in. I want all of us to participate!

So, yeah! Feedback on the idea would be totally great!

I just recently passed 2.7k followers!

Wow! Seriously, thank you guys!

I'm so sorry for not being as active as I used to. The main reason being that I've been so preoccupied with work and school. I've tried (and sometimes failed) to keep up with my queue so I always have something on here because having my blog be idle really irks me for some reason.

I think the other reason, to be quite honest, is because of this fandom. It has drained so much out of me with all the hate and negativity that's been going around. And while I want to stay positive, as I usually am, and try to spread that positivity, with all the stress in my daily life I've kind of just turned to avoiding stress in Tumblr. I'm still on here just not as immersed.

I really want to change that, though. I miss how interactive I was with my followers. I got to know so many people because I was so active. I dont even have the energy rn to have a fall blog of the season (I may skip it and pick it back up for winter).

So that being said... I really want to do something to celebrate this milestone. Something where I can interact with you. Something more than a promo, and possibly more than a blograte or blog compliment thing. Maybe like a Q&A (but not a video coz I dont have time for that haha).

Idk what do y'all think? Any suggestions?

And I just wanna say again, thank you for sticking with me. I'm not really one who keeps checking her follower count, coz that doesnt really matter to me. But I'm very grateful to have the followers I have, and to have made the friends I have made on this site.

Help!

I need prompts!

I gotta write some more poetry, partially because of my Creative Writing class, but also because I need to practice writing such. But… I always have trouble finding a topic for poems. Coming up with a plot for a book or fic is no problem for me (as some of y’all already realize haha), but poetry is difficult. BUT when given the right prompt and a possible deadline (like an assignment for a class, for instance) it’s so much easier for me to write and the ideas flow a lot more fluid.

So for any friends and followers who wouldn’t mind helping me out, I would love to receive some prompts from y’all (obviously, non-fandom). It can be as detailed or vague as you’d like. It can be something personal or something you just made up. Maybe a photo or a movie or whatever really. Anything, and I mean ANYTHING, will help. Even the shortest of sentences can spark some idea. And if I go off of your prompt, I’d be happy to share with you the finished product haha XD
