no weightlifting pain today!!!!!! 🤩
didn’t squat on sunday bc of my hip so did that today while the guys did split squats. aside from the usual shoulder pain (this is also getting better with time and banded strengthening exercises) everything felt great! and was able to move some actual weight which felt amazing, for the longest time I was just squatting 85lbs while everything recovered
I did have to laugh at our gym bench today tho - pre, post, protein shake, water, and most importantly… motrin 😂 this is what lifting in your late 20s/early 30s looks like. great workout nonetheless 😊
