It’s total, complete, utter bullshit that Taylor publicly interacts with the same handful of fans who have them meeting her as their profile picture and “noticed x64” in their bio. And I’m not sorry for saying that. Everyone should be mad about this. Nobody in our position deserves a monopoly on Taylor’s attention and there’s nothing wrong with critiquing Taylor’s continuous, problematic behavior of rewarding the same obnoxious fans who just so happen to be part of a group account repeatedly because they can drop $100s on merch and look the part of the perfect fan. I’m not saying they should be sent rude anons, and I’m not saying we should -hate- Taylor, but god it’s not going to get better by everyone saying “just be happy for them we don’t want to hurt Taylor’s feelings ://“ if you want something to change, speak out on it. And I, along with hundreds of other fans, want this to change. And if it doesn’t change, maybe Taylor’s not the person we thought she was, because the Taylor I’d like to think I support would never act this irresponsibly, selfishly, and downright apathetically towards her fans.
