Tony should have known, really, that this was going to happen.
You start dating the two men who positively scream tradition and coziness, and you may as well accept that there's going to be Christmas decorations.
It had sank in until now, as he's standing in his living room staring at the massive blue spruce positioned in front of the floor to ceiling windows.
"Really?" he said flatly, looking at the two men responsible as they pop open countless boxes of ornaments. "Y'know, whenever Pepper forces me to decorate, she at least hires people to do it for me." He wrinkles his nose at the ornaments and strings of lights. "This looks like a pain in the ass."

Tony'd never put a big emphasis on family before. His childhood wasn't the best, after all. After his relationship with Steve and Bruce started up and he get to know the rest of the Avengers, however, his mind quickly changed.
They're now the only people he claims as family.
