SSC Selection Post Eligibility Criteria 2018
1. Nationality/ Citizenship
Candidate must be either a citizen of India/Nepal/Bhutan.
Candidates must be a Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the 1st January 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
Candidates must be a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, East African countries of Uganda, Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania(Formerly Zanzibar and Tanganyika), Zaire, Zambia, Malawi, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
2. Age Limit
Candidates must be 18-30 years as on 01.08.2018
SSC Selection Post Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed Matriculation/High Secondary(10+2)/graduation Examination from a recognized Board. Based on qualification there will be different posts that candidates can choose as per their qualification.

Candidates are required to make the payment of 100/- only through Challan of SBI, at the designated branches of SBI within the working hours of bank upto 03.10.2018 provided the Challan has been generated by them before 5.00 PM of 30.09.2018.
After your successful payment, your application will be complete and will be accepted provisionally.
Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance nor will it be adjusted against any other examination or selection.
SSC Selection Post 2018 Selection Process
Recruitment for the SSC Selection Posts will be made through Written Examination in Computer Based Mode consisting of Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions.
After the Computer Based Examination, Tentative Answer Keys will be uploaded on the official website for a specific period (minimum three days) to call for challenges from the candidates, if any, on payment of prescribed fee.
Candidates must qualify the Computer Based Examination with the minimum score given below.
General (UR): 35%
OBC: 30%
Other Categories: 25%
Qualified candidates of Computer Based Examination will be called by Regional Offices with hard copies of online applications along with supporting certificates/ documents in the following ratio in accordance with the vacancies of the particular category of post: -
