HEY SO Y’ALL

1. I have a real people blog now, whoa!  I’ll cross-post here when I make updates, probably.  They’ll all be tagged as “sscheff”.  I plan on talking about cryptography, politics, and d&d.  So basically my entire life.

2. My inaugural post is that “constructive discourse rant” I’ve mentioned a couple times.  The TL;DR of it is that I’m afraid of (1) what a Trump presidency will mean for this country, (2) that he won the presidency at all, and (3) no one really predicted that this would happen.  Most of us have already promised to be a support network for people that need it, and to take stands against oppression where we have the opportunity.  But once we’ve done that, I think there are some conversations that we should have in our daily lives and with our already-existing social connections to try to fix the underlying problem.  And I hope to encourage you all to engage in constructive discourse, and try to make our country better.
